L.i.V.e

Hi n Assalamualaikum..

How u guys doing?? I hope u have a blast weekend with family or friends..
I just completed the budget for business proposal..and I hope it is good enough for them..*hopefully*

Hurm..just wanna share my thought about theater...
I just LOVE to watch theater sooo much!!!
the last show I've watch was Cuci the Musical 2..it was awesome! cool! superb! marvelous! nothing much to say! I enjoy it the most!!!
Definitely I will go to Cuci the musical 3 if there are any~~~

rate = 10 stars!!

Before that, I've watched Uda dan Dara..that was the first theater I've ever watch in Istana Budaya, IB..

rate = 6 stars~

The latest that I've watch is....Siti di Alam Fantasi..it was yesterday night...
hurm..I was soooo excited...BUT unfortunately... it was so frustrating... ='(
it's not like what I expected...*sangat tak best okayyy!!!* huhu
(dah la nyanyi je keje..tapi tu blh terima sebab memang teater musikal..hurm..nasib baik ade Johan Raja Lawak ngn Ebby Yus.. mereka telah menyelamatkan keadaan...lagi pun banyak pelakon yang xda..mcm Datin Paduka Umie Aida + Ziela Jalil..dua2 memagang watak Permaisuri Katak..)

rate = 4 stars

why I like to watch Theater although the ticket is quite expensive??? it's simple..because......

I do like live performance...by that, we can actually know one's credibility of acting, dancing, and singing as well..
I hate when they like 'miming'...ouhhh please....we buy ticket to see them sing..LIVE okay..not just lip-singing..so plastic okay~~ it's even worse when they were like lip-sing using other's voice.....???? is that embarrassed???

for example..Uda dan Dara..the hero (Razali Hussein) was lip-sing..pheww...fortunately he's using his own voice..it's acceptable...

while Siti di Alam Fantasi?????? the heroin (Liyana Jasmay) was lip-sing too..UNfortunately she's using a makcik's voice...!!!! tenn tenn tenn......arghhhh~~!! *tak malu ke??*

hurm..maybe she's afraid of her might make mistake or forgot the lyrics or what-so-ever..

That's all for tonight...till we meet again~!! c-ya!!!

p/s : who wants to watch Tun Dr Mahathir the musical?????jom jom!!

do u like to negotiate???

HI n Assalamualaikum...

Today's class with Mr.Hisham... In the morning we had a public speaking session for the 11 students that r left... After that, He announce the 15 BEST speaker..and 2 of them are from my group (e.cOOL) that are Mr,Firdaus n Ms.Akidah..hee They were given a token of appreciation, that is Unirazak's notebook..

Then, we continue with today's module, that us 'The art of negotiation skills'
everyday in life we do negotiate..whether we realise it or not..it happens..
for example when we want to buy something, we always want the cheapest price..right??
then we have to bargain..that is the example of negotiate..

there are many list of negotiation between people..such as mother vs father, teacher vs pupil, landlord vs renter, and so on~~~

I just want to share my story.. Last September my family and I went to Vietnam..at night *almost every night actually* we went to night market..it is similar to our pasar malam in Malaysia.. then my aunt wants to buy handbags.. she asked for lower price..50% less than the actual price.. then, the lady keep telling 'NO, cannot mam...' and Ok...we left, and walk to our hotel.. Suddenly, that lady was running and came to us and say 'OK OK...can can'
hahaha!!! It's that awesome??? My aunt get that handbags n the lady could sell her goods as well..it's a win-win situation..

You just have to bargain nicely..

Choose the right time to buy..I mean..go to the pasar malam when it's about time to close..hehe then the seller will give u the price as u wish..because they want to sell their goods at least they can get some profit..

Do not show your full interest towards the thing u want to buy.. if not, the seller wont give any discount..hehe

Buat2 macam merajuk..just pretend to go away, and they will come back, begging u to buy..

okay then, catch u all later~~
p/s: here are some of my picture in Gu-Chi Tunnel.. =)

MOCKing bird - Eminem???

Hi all....hehe there's nothing to do with the title actually..but when come across with this word 'mock', definately i will remember the song called 'mocking bird' by a rapper - Eminem...

have YOU ever been interviewed before????

According to Merriam-Webster online dictionary, interview means a formal consultation usually to evaluate qualifications (as of a prospective student or employee) OR a meeting at which information is obtained (as by a reporter, television commentator, or pollster) from a person OR a report or reproduction of information so obtained.

Today class is all about MOCK interview..I just finish it with flying colors..hahaha *prasan je*... I'm doing quite okay since the interviewer is Cik Lah..He's an alumni of UKM..So..we more or less talk about UKM, but not to forget the aspect about proper interview..

First, you have to knock the door, then greet.. Then walk to the table/place for the interview..

Create a simple conversation by just saying ''Hi...Assalamualaikum..How do you do?''

Next, take a seat.. Place your file n resume on the table.. Smile..Look confident n be confident!!!

Project your voice clearly with good n proper english..

Tell about your background, family, study, sports and etc...

LAST but not least....Groom yourself well....put on some make up...yeah..please make up!! heeee

okay..catch u all later...tadaa~~

Friday, December 17

..it's FriDAY..!!

SaLAm....Haaaii y'all........huaaaaaa...today i'm soooooooooo happpppYYYY...u all know why???

because tomorrow got NO class...phheww...but..I have to prepare for 'mock interview' (Monday) and 'public speaking' (the day after)..

Today's topic is Grooming...I like this class MUCH!
especially it is conducted by miss Leilanie..She's so beautiful and have look younger than her age..i'm so amazed with her, not only because she's gorgeous, but also her charisma and personality that make this class very very very entertaining and exciting..!!!

Her assistant, Nor Yasara is the owner of Yasara boutique at Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman..
she teach us how to wear a tudung/selendang nicely..

lastly, Audi and Nazreen volunteerly be the model for dining etiquette..

Restaurant Etiquette Tips
ouchh!! please don't do this!!

Here are some example of Proper Dining Etiquette...

this is the actual arrangement of a complete dining table..

A. Napkin B. Salad Fork C. Dinner Fork D. Fish Fork E. Soup Bowl F. Soup Plate G. Dinner Plate H.Dinner Knife I. Fish KnifeJ. Soup Spoon K. Bread Plate L. Butter Knife M. Dessert Spoon N.Dessert Fork O. Water Goblet P. Red Wine Glass Q. White Wine Glass

Napkin Manners

  1. Once seated at your table, immediately place the napkin on your lap. At fine dining restaurants, sometimes your waiter will do this for you, but if not, than there’s nothing wrong with you doing it yourself.
  2. If you have to leave the table, place your loosely folded napkin to the left or right of your plate. Wadding it up on the table is not acceptable and never place your napkin on your chair.
  3. When your meal is over, leave the semi-folded napkin at the left side of the place setting. Do not crumple, twist or leave on the chair.

Which silverware do I use???

Use the silverware farthest from your plate. Start your meal by using the knife, fork, or spoon that is farthest from your plate. Work your way in, using one utensil for each course. You’ll find the salad fork farthest to your left with your dinner fork usually the closest to your plate. Your soup spoon will be farthest to your right, followed by a salad or fish knife and dinner knife. Your dessert spoon and fork are above your plate or brought out with dessert..

Okay..catch y'all later!! tadaa~~

A shower of thanks to my beloved friends *P-nat, T-qah, Ann, Ika and Dhiya* for the Choc Indulgence+blueberry cheesecake n Oreo cheesecake for this afternoon..really appreciate it!
*the picture will be uploaded soon..*

Okay..enough about the birthday..
Today we are given a talk about powerful presentation skills..
the trainers are Mr.Abdullah Md Yunos (cik Lah) and Mrs.Rusilawati..
There are so many thing that we have to master before make any presentation..

First thing is - Our appearance.. like Donald Trump says:
"There are no second chance to make the first impression...''

It is soo true! So, to attract the audience attention towards your presentation, you have to dress well.. It takes just about 3 seconds to make people judge you by your appearance..

  • Then make eye contact, be prepare and familiar with that particular topic..
  • Always practice to talk in front of people confidently..
  • Use body gesture to make it visible to the audience..
  • Use different tonation to emphasis certain words of phrase..
  • Be prepare with Q-cards or small notes in case you forgot the key words or phrase..

With that..I end this post with this quotes..
''If opportunity doesn't knock you, then built a DOOR!''

This expensive mouse comes in two designs, “Diamond Flower” and the “Scattered Diamond” layout. You can bling out and personalize the most expensive computer mouse by adding your initials in diamonds, and can choose from yellow, red or white gold with white or black trim. Others must think of their mouse as a fashion accessory though, because why else would Swiss manufacturer Pat Says Now produce the world’s most expensive computer

mouse. The costly peripheral is cast from 18 carat white gold and set with 59 brilliant cut diamonds, and will only set you back £12,400 ($24,180 USD). The most expensive mouse utilizes a modern 3-button wheel optical mouse design, options for USB or PS/2 connections for either PC or Mac, a 800 dpi Resolution, and a 3 years warranty..

MEETing???

Assalamualaikum w.b.t...

Holla everyone... It's 12.50 pm now..and we are in the computer lab.. Assoc. Prof. Khir (trainer of the day) let us go out for lunch break early this afternoon..

Today's topic is about Meeting..
According to In Sharp V Dawes [1876], meeting define as ''An assembly of people for the lawful purpose '' OR the coming together of at least 2 persons for any lawful purpose''.

It's definately a new theoritical knowledge for me..
I've learn so many things about meeting..how to make a notice for meeting, the role of a chairman, the rules and regulation when attending or conduct a meeting..

When we say 'Meeting'...what is the first thing that come out of your mind???
Definately a round table..with the chairman, the secretary to take note all the minutes meeting and the rest are the audience, which means the employee of the company...right???
Ahaaaa....not to forget, the meals that are provided before OR after the meeting...am I right?? of course YES!! heee...

During university time, the meeting was held in a simple and easy way..
Usually the students do not know what are the do's and dont's of a meeting..
No strict rule was made..for example, the *quorum must be at least 40 people..AND maintain the 40's throughout the meeting..IF let say one of them suddenly go out to the WC, the chairman suppose to stop the meeting, then only continue when that the person come in and attand the meeting back..It is because if a decision is made WITHOUT this one person, he/she may challenge the result or outcome of this meeting..The result is invalid..

There are many factors contribute to the invalidness of the result..one of them is the chairman itself is NOT valid..The chairman must be a person that have certain qualifications; such as
a) personality - able to command respect..
b) impartiality - sense of fairness..
c) strength of character courteous and yet firm in character..
d) resourcefulness - enable to make quick decision, answer awkward question..
e) ability to maintain dicipline..
f) clarity of speech - announce clearly the decision..

*quorum - the minimum number of person entitled to present at a meeting which the regulation requires in order the business transacted may be valid. In addition, to mustering & maintaining a quorum, the quorum must be a disinterested one.

okay then, I'll eleborate more about this tonight.. *need to go for lunch and pray*

Catch you all later!

PubliC SPEAKING?????

Assalamualaikum w.b.t...

Hello everyone.. =)
I hope you are in the pink of health.. *InsyAllah*
It's my recess time now actually..So, I can spent my time in this computer lab updating my blog..
We're allowed to go out early.. *thanks to En.Hisyam*
Today's syllabus is all about 'Public Speaking'.. *oooooooo...sounds scary yeahhh??*
En.Hisyam is the Trainer to this topic..He's funny actually..very enthusiastic person..he had many experiences in this field (public speaking)..he's been working since the last decades.. He loves to talk to people..

I'm sure all of us have our own favourite speakers.. I like to watch Dato Dr. Haji Mohd Fadzillah Kamsah.. I get motivated with all his talk shows..

Ok....just now we have given a task to draw something that first came out of our mind on the piece of pink paper..
Do you know what 'thing' that popped out of my mind?????
It's KLCC (Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre)..hahaha..OH my God..I choose to draw KLCC because it's easy to draw..

Then Ms.Nani says who has finish drawing please go in front.. Suddenly I bravely go!
Actually I thought that the last person go out might get penalty.. *Poor me..I was WRONG!!!*
There were 10 of us that are 'bravely' came out.. We have to present our drawing and relate that with our personality..haha there you go~~~~ *nak sangat g depan kan..hamik ko!!*

I was the 3rd last person to present.. *nervous giler..tangan da sejuk mcm ais*
Hurm.....I'm doing quite OK.... *walaupun ade sikit2 yg gagap ala2 lagu Stacy AF tu.. =)*
But the +ve sight is.....I manage to talk in front of 70 people confidently..
There's A LOT more things I have to improve..especially my grammer, sentence structure, clearity of my voice and confidence level..

BUT frankly.. I manage to built my confidence level slowly as the time goes on..more and more presentation to come..and I will give my VERY BEST to participate.. *Thanks BeST programme*

OK then..catch you all later..

how to REACH AN AUDIENCE through blogging??

Assalamualaikum w.b.t...

First of all..to reach an audience through blogging, a blogger must :

a) Give the full passion of what you feel sincerely.. For example, the sentence that you want to emphasis must be either bold / italic / CAPITAL LETTER / colourful.
For example ''Elephants trample MAN to death'' NOT ''Elephants trample man to death''

b) Use catchy and unique title to the post.. Example ; ''Breeder chops off burglar's hand'' instead off ''The burglar's hand has been chopped''

c) Use simple and eliminate complex jargons.. The simple phrase should be ''He then alerted his neighbours before informing the police'' NOT ----->>>> "The neighbour was alerted by him before he inform it to the police''

d) Use the most attractive and interesting layout.. It represent you (the owner of the blog)..How your personality goes and what type of a person you are..Moreover, people gets annoyed with complex and dull layout..They might get bored easily by just looking at the layout..

e) Advertise your blog to other social networks.. such as Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, or Friendster. All you need to do, just put a plugin on your blog so that people can link it to their social network page and then the audience will become your follower..

f) Leave a memorable and precise comments to other's blog.. so they will manage to track you back and become your follower..

g) Give something new each day.. Depending on your niche, you will be better able to provide unique content that appeals to your audience. If you are consistently providing new techniques and strategies to help them in their field, then you will be their first choice, every time..

h) Use visual aids to make your content clearer.. People like to see things in the simplest way. For instance, the readers might get lost by the definition of plant's photosythesis; which means a process that converts carbon dioxide into organic compounds, especially sugars, using the energy from sunlight.
Instead you can attach a picture of what plant's photosynthesis is all about. They will understand and have the idea faster, easily and effectively.

The choices are yours..whether you want to reach the audiences or take that for granted..
Enjoy blogging everyone!!

~A split SECOND!~

Assalamualaikum w.b.t…

Morning everyone! I’m glad and thankful that I’m still breathing on this earth..Alhamdulillah..

I am so excited to post an entry today….hehe…guest what? ? ?!!! I’m in Ipoh yawww!!! Haha.. It’s out of my thought that I’ll be back home in just 1 week time.. *bukan manja or homesick okay*

Yesterday after class at 5pm, I went home by Star-LRT Bandaraya after 10 minutes of walking distance with Dhiya, P-nat, Ann and T-Qah.. It takes about 15 minutes before I arrive in Salak Selatan..*selalu kalau balik mesti dapat duduk..hehe*

Then I meet my buddies *name not to be mentioned*

We had a very great catch-up about what’s going on lately..

When I reach home (my cousin’s house), he ask me whether I want to follow him back to Ipoh.. And in a split second I say ‘YES, definitely!’ haha

I packed my things *not to forget my facial foam + toothbrush* and off we go~~~~LALALA

After 2 hours, I’m home safe and sound..=) *thanks Abg Ein*

Owh! It’s about 12!! Better to get shower..tata!!
